Students are more likely to have mental health problems such stress, anxiety, depression, and lifestylerelated fitness difficulties because of social pressures, academic pressure, and sedentary lifestyles. These difficulties are made worse by societal stigma, a lack of ongoing support, and restricted access to counselors. An AI-based chatbot for students' fitness and mental health support is proposed in this project. It is intended to offer real-time, private, and easily accessible help. The chatbot provides tailored answers, coping mechanisms, motivating advice, and fundamental wellness recommendations by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to comprehend user emotions, stress indicators, and fitness-related inquiries. The system is a comprehensive student wellness assistant that combines elements from fitness tracking with psychological well-being support. The chatbot can categorize user input into mental health issues (stress, anxiety, mood swings) or fitness-related requirements (exercise advice, food recommendations, activity reminders) using NLP-driven intent identification and sentiment analysis. Scalable RESTful communication between the chatbot interface and AI models is made possible by the Flask backend implementation. This AI chatbot provides constant support, unlike conventional systems that depend on static FAQs or set counseling hours. The suggested approach serves as a first-level support system, assisting students in developing healthy behaviors and, when necessary, referring them to a professional therapist. According to experimental evaluations, students are more conscious of their mental and physical health, respond more quickly, and engage with the system more. The technology shows how AI-powered conversational agents may be used to raise awareness of fitness and preventive mental wellness in educational settings.
