By suggesting a DLT-based technique to ease and expedite the creation of such applications, this study offers a general-purpose solution to medication supply chain management. A system has been built using the Django Python framework, the Ethereum blockchain, and the web3.py library. It can be customized to fit most real-life supply chains and automatically generates the necessary applications, such as database schema, smart contracts, and apps, for specific domains like drug management and traceability. In order to demonstrate the efficacy of this method, a case study including a basic medication tracking system from the manufacturer to the hospital wards is detailed.
