The Green Bonds Market Study examines the growth, development, and significance of the green bond market in promoting environmentally sustainable projects and supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy. Green bonds are fixed-income financial instruments specifically issued to finance projects related to renewable energy, energy efficiency, clean transportation, sustainable water management, pollution control, and climate change mitigation. This study analyzes market trends, investor participation, regulatory frameworks, challenges, and opportunities associated with green bonds, while evaluating their role in mobilizing capital for sustainable development. It also explores the factors influencing investment decisions, the performance of green bonds compared to conventional bonds, and their contribution to achieving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives. The findings indicate that the green bond market has experienced substantial growth due to increasing environmental awareness, supportive government policies, and rising demand for sustainable investments. The study concludes that strengthening regulatory standards, improving transparency, and enhancing investor confidence will further accelerate the expansion of the green bond market and contribute significantly to global sustainable finance initiatives.
