Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and immersive visualization technologies are transforming modern digital education by enabling interactive, personalized, and learner-centered educational environments. Conventional elearning platforms primarily depend on static resources such as text, PDFs, and recorded videos, limiting real-time interaction, conceptual visualization, and continuous learner engagement. The proposed Smart 3D Learning Platform utilizes educational content comprising structured courses, lessons, PDF resources, videos, interactive 3D models, quiz data, and user information stored in an SQLite database. The workflow includes secure user authentication, course selection, lesson delivery, AI-assisted academic support, automated quiz evaluation, progress tracking, and administrative monitoring. Data preprocessing involves user input validation, password hashing, session management, structured content organization, quiz data preparation, and database integration to ensure secure and reliable operation. The platform is implemented using Flask, Python, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Three.js, SQLite, Flask-SQLAlchemy, OpenAI/OpenRouter API, and QuizAPI with fallback mechanisms for uninterrupted chatbot and quiz functionality. Performance is evaluated through functional testing based on authentication reliability, chatbot response generation, quiz evaluation accuracy, progress tracking, role-based access control, and system responsiveness. Experimental outcomes demonstrate successful integration of AI-powered tutoring, interactive 3D visualization, automated assessment, and real-time performance monitoring, while fallback mechanisms maintain continuous service availability during external API failures. The developed platform enhances learning engagement, conceptual understanding, accessibility, and overall educational effectiveness through the seamless integration of intelligent assistance, immersive visualization, and automated learning analytics. “Index Terms: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Intelligent Tutoring Systems, Interactive 3D Visualization, E-Learning Platform, Student Progress Tracking, Web-Based Education.”
