The rapid growth of digital banking services has increased the demand for intelligent and userfriendly customer support systems. “Smarter Banking ChatFin” is an AI-powered banking chatbot designed to provide secure, fast, and efficient financial assistance to users through natural language communication. The system integrates Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and chatbot technologies to automate banking operations such as balance inquiries, mini statements, fund transfers, loan information, transaction history, card management, and customer support services. The proposed system aims to improve customer experience by offering 24/7 real-time assistance without the need for human intervention. ChatFin understands user queries in conversational language and responds intelligently using trained machine learning models. The system also includes authentication and security mechanisms to ensure safe banking transactions and protect sensitive customer data. By analyzing user behavior and transaction patterns, the chatbot can provide personalized financial suggestions and fraud alerts. Traditional banking support systems often face challenges such as long waiting times, limited working hours, and increased operational costs. Smarter Banking ChatFin addresses these issues by automating customer interactions and reducing dependency on customer service representatives. The framework can be integrated into mobile banking applications, websites, and messaging platforms to provide seamless banking services anytime and anywhere. The proposed solution enhances banking efficiency, reduces response time, improves customer satisfaction, and supports secure digital banking transformation. With future enhancements, the system can incorporate voice recognition, multilingual support, sentiment analysis, and advanced predictive analytics to make banking services smarter and more accessible.
