In the rapidly evolving digital landscape, content creation plays a crucial role in online visibility, user engagement, and business growth. However, generating high-quality, SEO-optimized content ideas that align with current trends remains a challenging and time-consuming task. This paper presents IDEAGEN-AI, an autonomous framework designed to generate trend-aware, SEO-optimized content ideas using artificial intelligence.The proposed system integrates three major components: a Trend Scraper, an SEO Engine powered by a Large Language Model (LLM), and a Django-based web interface. The Trend Scraper collects or simulates trending topics based on a userprovided niche. These trends serve as contextual input for the SEO Engine, which generates high-quality blog ideas using an AI model deployed via an API such as Ollama. The system accepts a niche as input from users through a web interface. It then automatically identifies relevant trends and uses them to generate creative blog titles, targeted keywords, descriptions, and virality scores. The use of LLMs ensures that the generated content is contextually relevant, engaging, and optimized for search engines.A key contribution of this work is the seamless integration of trend analysis with AI-driven content generation. Unlike traditional keyword tools that rely on static datasets, IDEAGEN-AI dynamically adapts to trends, ensuring that generated ideas remain relevant in a fast-changing environment. The system also includes robust error handling mechanisms to manage issues such as API failures or invalid responses.The framework is scalable and can be extended to include real-time trend APIs, multilingual support, and social media integration. It has potential applications in digital marketing, blogging, ecommerce, and content strategy development.Experimental results demonstrate that the system significantly reduces the time required for brainstorming while improving the quality and relevance of generated ideas. The proposed solution highlights the growing importance of AI in automating creative processes and optimizing digital content strategies.
