Cervical cancer remains a major public health concern worldwide, particularly in developing countries. Conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy are associated with systemic toxicity, poor bioavailability, and non-specific targeting. Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) have emerged as promising strategies to improve therapeutic efficacy, reduce side effects, and enhance patient compliance. This review highlights recent advances in novel drug delivery approaches for cervical cancer, including nanoparticles, liposomes, polymeric micelles, dendrimers, nanoemulsions, and targeted delivery systems.
