Fuel Theft Detection Using an Arduino

We present a Fuel Monitoring System that utilizes the embedded system technology to take care of the prevalent fuel-related issues in parking lots, particularly those without surveillance or security. This proactive approach aims to alleviate concerns about gasoline theft with its real-time fuel level monitoring. The system's integrated Global Communications Technology (GSM) enables smooth communication and timely text message alerting of vehicle owners in the case of fuel theft. We prioritized simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and technical innovation in our design. With the addition of a microcontroller, the system becomes a sophisticated but simple method to increase car safety in different parking scenarios.
