By integrating FogBus enabling modules with cloud federation frameworks, this study investigates a scalable healthcare solution. Healthcare systems are facing issues such excessive latency, energy consumption, and inefficient data management due to the widespread use of Internet of Things (IoT) sensors. Healthcare data is large and requires real-time processing, which is often too much for traditional cloud computing. Fog computing, which moves computation closer to the data source and lowers latency, is the means by which the suggested solution tackles these problems. The system's efficiency and scalability are increased by the blockchain-enhanced security of the FogBus framework, and cloud federation guarantees optimal resource use by dividing workloads among several platforms. This technique is perfect for time-sensitive healthcare applications since it performs better than traditional systems in terms of latency, scalability, and real-time data handling, according to comparative analysis. This integrated system might revolutionize hospital data management by improving security, energy efficiency, and resource allocation—especially in urgent situations that call for quick decision-making.
