The increasing demand for sustainable construction materials has driven research into the use of industrial by-products as partial replacements for conventional concrete ingredients. This study investigates the mechanical properties and variations in the physical characteristics of concrete incorporating industrial by-products such as fly ash, silica fume, Aluminium slag. A series of concrete mixes were prepared with varying proportions of these materials, and their effects on compressive strength and durability were evaluated. Additionally, key physical properties such as density, workability, and water absorption were analyzed. The results indicate that incorporating industrial by-products can enhance certain mechanical properties while influencing physical characteristics depending on the material type and replacement level. This study contributes to the development of eco-friendly and cost-effective concrete, promoting the utilization of industrial waste in sustainable construction practices.
