Hazardous gas emissions and atmospheric pollution pose significant risks to human health, environmental sustainability, and public safety. Rural and remote areas are particularly vulnerable because of limited environmental monitoring infrastructure, inadequate communication facilities, and delayed emergency response mechanisms. Conventional gas monitoring systems primarily depend on periodic measurements and predefined concentration thresholds, which provide limited support for forecasting future environmental conditions. This paper presents the design and implementation of a smart machine learning framework for monitoring, forecasting, and early warning of hazardous gas emissions. The proposed framework integrates environmental data preprocessing, time-series forecasting, predictive hazard assessment, and web-based user interaction within a unified software architecture. The system uses Python for analytical processing, Django for web application development, MySQL for database management, and a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network for sequential environmental forecasting. The preprocessing pipeline incorporates invalid-value identification, missing-data handling, feature selection, normalization, and temporal sequence generation. Historical sensor observations are used to train the forecasting model, which produces future concentration estimates that can support environmental risk assessment. The web interface enables administrators to upload and inspect datasets, execute preprocessing operations, train the model, and provide users with prediction functionality. Keywords: Hazardous Gas Monitoring, Machine Learning, Long Short-Term Memory, Environmental Forecasting, Early Warning System, Time-Series Analysis.
