Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly transformed Human Resource (HR) management, leading to widespread adoption of automation in HR processes. This study examines the impact of HR automation on efficiency and accuracy within organizations, with particular attention to recruitment, payroll processing, employee data management, attendance, and performance evaluation. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical research design using primary and secondary data. The source document reports a structured questionnaire approach and statistical analysis through percentage analysis, mean scores, and correlation analysis. The findings indicate that HR automation improves operational efficiency by reducing manual workload and processing time and enhances accuracy by minimizing human errors in payroll and record management. At the same time, implementation may be constrained by employee resistance, lack of technical expertise, implementation costs, and data-security concerns. The study concludes that a balanced approach combining automation with human judgment is essential for achieving optimal results and enabling HR professionals to concentrate on strategic activities.
