This study, titled "Fin Tech Solutions for Womens Financial Empowerment at ICICI Bank," evaluates the financial feasibility and operational impact of specialized digital financial services designed to bridge gender-based access gaps. Women in developing economies face distinct barriers to financial empowerment, including lack of formal collateral, limited financial literacy, and structural constraints on physical mobility. This research explores how customized mobile banking platforms, digital micro-savings portals, and voice-assisted interfaces at ICICI Bank can facilitate access to formal credit and investment channels for female micro-entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups (SHGs). Using a 5-year capital budgeting analysis (2021-2025), the study evaluates the Initial Capital Expenditure (CapEx), annual Operating Expenditure (OpEx), and direct savings generated from reduced credit defaults and increased deposit mobilization. The findings show that fintech integration accelerated rural savings mobilization to 240 Crores by 2025, compared to only 80 Crores under legacy paperbased models. The project is highly viable, generating a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of 392.4 Crores and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 45.1%, confirming that technology-led financial inclusion is an economically sustainable model that benefits both the banking sector and marginalized demographics.
