The system allows authorized users to add, update, view, and delete employee records and maintain important details such as employee name, employee ID, department, designation, contact information, joining date, salary, and employment status. It can also provide features for attendance management, leave management, department management, and employee performance tracking. Employees can view their personal information, attendance details, leave status, and other relevant information based on their access permissions. An administrator or HR manager can manage employee records, departments, attendance, leave requests, and other organizational information through an administrative dashboard. The system uses a centralized database to maintain accurate and organized employee data. Authentication and role-based access control can be implemented to ensure that only authorized users can access or modify sensitive information. The main objective of the Employee Management System is to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, save time, and provide an efficient method for managing employees. Overall, the proposed system provides a reliable and user-friendly solution for modern employee administration.
