Abstract

The rapid expansion of data across multiple sectors has created an urgent need for intelligent systems capable of accurate data classification and prediction. These systems play a vital role in a range of critical applications, including healthcare diagnostics, financial forecasting, and autonomous systems, where their ability to interpret large and complex datasets directly impacts decision-making. This paper examines the latest trends and innovative methodologies in the development of such intelligent systems, focusing on their integration of classification and prediction functionalities. We review recent advancements, highlight ongoing challenges such as robustness, interpretability, and scalability, and suggest promising directions for future research. Advancing these areas is essential for creating more reliable, transparent, and scalable systems that can effectively address complex real-world problems
