Abstract

This project presents an AIDriven Inspection of Institutions system that uses Artificial Intelligence to automate the evaluation and inspection of educational institutions. The system improves the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the inspection process by analyzing institutional data and generating intelligent inspection reports. It ensures reliable decision-making through AIbased analysis and automated report generation. The system collects information such as student strength, pass percentage, attendance, faculty details, placement percentage, infrastructure facilities, laboratory facilities, library resources, sports facilities, and research performance. Based on these parameters, the system calculates the overall performance of the institution, assigns a grade, and generates a detailed AI inspection report containing strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement. Traditional institutional inspection methods are manual, time-consuming, and dependent on paper-based reports, which may lead to delays, inconsistencies, and human errors. These methods also lack automated analysis and intelligent report generation. Therefore, there is a need for an AI-based, efficient, and reliable institutional inspection system that can accurately evaluate educational institutions, reduce manual effort, and provide comprehensive inspection reports to support better decision-making and improve educational quality.
