Financial Risk Modeling is a systematic approach used to identify, measure, analyze, and manage the financial risks faced by organizations and investors. It applies statistical methods, mathematical models, and computational techniques to estimate potential losses arising from market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of financial risk models in supporting informed decision-making, improving portfolio performance, and enhancing organizational resilience under uncertain economic conditions. By utilizing historical financial data, risk metrics, and predictive analytical tools, financial risk modeling enables institutions to assess risk exposure, optimize asset allocation, and comply with regulatory requirements. The findings highlight that robust financial risk models significantly improve risk assessment accuracy, strengthen financial planning, and contribute to sustainable business growth by minimizing potential losses and maximizing long-term financial stability.
