The digital transformation of Human Resources has evolved from a back-office administrative shift to a strategic necessity for organizational survival. This project, titled "A Study on HRMS Implementation Effectiveness at Inkonsul Technologies," investigates the impact of integrated digital platforms on the efficiency of HR functions and the overall employee experience. As Inkonsul Technologies scales its operations in a competitive tech landscape, the transition from manual, siloed processes to a centralized HRMS—incorporating modules for recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee self-service (ESS)—becomes a critical variable in its success. The study adopts a descriptive research design, utilizing a sample of 100 employees and HR administrators. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire designed to measure variables such as system ease of use, data accuracy, process turnaround time (TAT), and employee engagement levels. The research benchmarks the implementation against the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to determine the factors influencing user adoption. The findings indicate that while HRMS has significantly streamlined payroll and leave management, there remain gaps in the "Predictive Analytics" and "Continuous Feedback" modules. The study offers strategic suggestions for Inkonsul Technologies to enhance system effectiveness through better user training, AI integration for talent mapping, and refining the user interface to foster a "Self-Service" culture. This project provides a comprehensive roadmap for leveraging HR technology to move from operational HR to strategic HR business partnering
