Abstract

Startup financial planning is a crucial process that helps new businesses allocate resources effectively, manage cash flow, estimate funding requirements, and achieve long-term financial sustainability. It involves preparing realistic budgets, forecasting revenues and expenses, analyzing break-even points, and identifying potential financial risks to support informed decision-making. A well-structured financial plan enables entrepreneurs to attract investors, secure loans, monitor business performance, and adapt to changing market conditions. This study examines the significance of financial planning in startups by exploring key financial management practices, funding strategies, cost control measures, and profitability analysis. The findings emphasize that effective financial planning enhances operational efficiency, reduces financial uncertainty, improves resource utilization, and increases the likelihood of startup growth, competitiveness, and long-term success in a dynamic business environment.
