Startups play a significant role in driving innovation, employment, and economic growth; however, they often encounter numerous financial challenges that affect their sustainability and long-term success. This study examines the major financial issues faced by startups, including limited access to capital, cash flow management difficulties, high operational costs, funding constraints, investor expectations, and financial planning deficiencies. It also explores how these challenges influence business growth, profitability, and survival during the early stages of development. The study is based on secondary data collected from research articles, industry reports, and financial publications to analyze common financial obstacles and effective strategies adopted by successful startups. The findings suggest that sound financial management, diversified funding sources, efficient budgeting, and strategic investment decisions are essential for overcoming financial barriers and achieving sustainable growth. The study concludes that addressing financial challenges proactively can significantly enhance the resilience, competitiveness, and long-term success of startups in today's dynamic business environment
