Without a reliable and efficient system of control, no planning system can achieve success. Control and budgeting go hand in hand. Organizational control that makes use of financial plans is called budgetary control. One step in maintaining financial control is making a variety of budgets. Reviewing financial plans in view of altered conditions. There shouldn't be inflexibility in a system of financial control. An adequate amount of leeway should be available to encourage initiative and motivation on the part of individuals. An essential tool for building the organisation is budgetary control.
