Abstract

This project presents an Intelligent Enterprise Assistant integrated with an AI-driven chatbot to enhance organizational communication and improve employee productivity. The system enables employees to access company policies, HR services, employee information, leave details, payroll information, and other enterprise resources through natural language conversations. It utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand user queries and generate accurate, contextaware responses. The application is developed using Python Flask for the backend, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, SQLite for database management, and OpenRouter AI for intelligent chatbot functionality. Users can securely register, log in, and interact with the chatbot through a personalized dashboard. By automating routine organizational queries, the proposed system reduces manual effort, improves response time, enhances employee satisfaction, and increases overall organizational efficiency in modern enterprises.
