ONLINE CHATBOT BASED TICKET BOOKING SYSTEM

Abstract

This paper presents an Online Chatbot Based Ticket Booking System that integrates Artificial Intelligence with modern web technologies to provide a unified platform for booking movie tickets, bus tickets, and hotel reservations. The system enables users to interact with an AI-powered chatbot that understands natural language queries, provides personalized recommendations, and guides users through the complete booking process. The platform supports secure authentication, online payment processing, and digital ticket generation through a single responsive web interface. The proposed system addresses the limitations of existing fragmented booking platforms by combining multiple services with conversational AI assistance into one intelligent booking solution.
