Abstract

This project presents an AI Based Health Monitoring System that uses Machine Learning to predict disease risks based on the user’s health information. The main aim of the system is to improve healthcare by providing early disease prediction and smart health monitoring using Artificial Intelligence. The system checks important health details such as age, gender, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, oxygen saturation (spo2), and blood sugar to predict temperature the possibility of diseases like Heart Disease, Diabetes, Kidney Disease, and Stroke. It also calculates an overall health score and generates a detailed health report to help users understand their health condition. In traditional healthcare system, people mainly depend on hospital visits and manual diagnosis, which can take more time and cost more money. These methods also do not provide continuous health monitoring or early detection of health problems. Therefore, is a need for a simple, low-cost, and user-friendly healthcare system that helps user monitoring their health and identify possible disease risks at an early stage. The proposed system uses the Random Forest Algorithm to provide to provide accurate disease prediction and stores user health records securely, making the application reliable, efficient, and useful for preventive healthcare.
