Abstract

Employee motivation is one of the most important factors influencing organizational performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction. Motivated employees contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals by demonstrating higher levels of commitment, efficiency, and innovation. This study focuses on understanding the concept of employee motivation, its significance in the workplace, and the various factors that influence employee performance. Motivation can be defined as the internal and external forces that stimulate employees to take actions that lead to the accomplishment of organizational objectives.
