Abstract

New Product Development (NPD) is a critical process that enables organizations to achieve sustainable growth, maintain competitive advantage, and meet changing customer needs. The success of a company largely depends on its ability to introduce innovative products that satisfy market demands and create value for customers. This study focuses on the process of New Product Development, including idea generation, concept development, product design, testing, commercialization, and market launch. The research examines the factors influencing successful product development, such as customer feedback, technological advancements, market research, organizational capabilities, and innovation strategies. Data collected from customers and employees help evaluate the effectiveness of the NPD process and its impact on customer satisfaction and business performance. The study aims to provide insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with developing new products and offers recommendations for improving product innovation and market success.
