The GENAI Powered Chatbots for Customer Support is an intelligent web-based application developed to provide automated, real-time, and human-like customer assistance using Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies. The system is designed to improve customer support services by delivering quick, accurate, and interactive responses to customer queries without requiring continuous human intervention. The chatbot utilizes advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models to understand user inputs and generate context-aware responses dynamically. The application is developed using Streamlit and powered by OpenAI generative AI models, enabling efficient conversational interaction between users and the chatbot. Unlike traditional rule-based customer support systems, the proposed chatbot can handle a wide variety of customer queries intelligently, including product information, recommendations, comparisons, troubleshooting, pricing details, and service-related support. The system supports conversational memory and maintains chat history to improve interaction quality and user experience. The chatbot provides 24/7 automated customer assistance, reducing response time and improving accessibility for users across different locations and devices. The system enhances customer satisfaction by delivering consistent information and instant support through an interactive web interface. In addition, the application reduces workload on customer support staff by automating repetitive queries and routine communication tasks.
