Abstract

(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) to provide a centralized and efficient solution for modern recruitment processes. Traditional hiring methods often involve manual effort, lack transparency, and create communication gaps between recruiters and job seekers. The proposed system addresses these challenges by offering an online platform where candidates can search for jobs, upload resumes, and track applications, while recruiters can post jobs, manage vacancies, and review applications efficiently. The application uses RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. MongoDB provides scalable data management, React.js ensures a responsive user interface, and Node.js with Express.js handles backend processing securely. Authentication and authorization mechanisms are implemented to ensure data security and privacy. The system is scalable and flexible for future enhancements such as AI-based job recommendations, notifications, chat systems, and mobile application support.
