The Event Management Portal, Lelihan, is a webbased application designed to efficiently manage and organize the events conducted during a college’s annual function. The system aims to digitize and simplify the entire process of event registration, participant management, and coordination between students and faculty members. Traditionally, event registration and coordination are handled manually, which can lead to errors, data redundancy, and inefficiencies. To overcome these challenges, Lelihan provides an automated platform where students can easily browse available events and register based on their interests. The system ensures that all registration data is securely stored and easily accessible. On the administrative side, the portal offers a comprehensive dashboard that allows administrators to monitor student participation in real time. Admins can view event-wise registrations, manage event details, and assign responsibilities by designating student coordinators and faculty coordinators for each event.
