The Online E-Wallet System is a comprehensive webbased application designed to provide a secure, efficient, and userfriendly platform for digital financial transactions. With the increasing shift toward cashless economies, the need for reliable electronic payment systems has grown significantly. This project focuses on the design and development of a digital wallet system that enables users to store money electronically, perform peer-to-peer fund transfers, and maintain real-time transaction records with accuracy and transparency. The system is developed using the MERN stack, which includes React for building an interactive and responsive user interface, Node.js and Express.js for handling backend operations, and MongoDB for efficient data storage and management. The architecture follows a client-server model where the frontend communicates with the backend through secure RESTful APIs. To ensure data security and privacy, authentication and authorization mechanisms such as tokenbased access control are implemented. Additionally, validation techniques are used to prevent unauthorized transactions and maintain system integrity. One of the key aspects of this project is its ability to simulate realworld financial operations while maintaining simplicity for academic purposes. The system provides essential features such as user registration and login, wallet balance management, fund transfer, and transaction history tracking. Each transaction is processed with consistency, ensuring accurate balance updates and reliable record maintenance. The user interface is designed to be intuitive, allowing users to easily navigate and perform operations without complexity. The primary objective of this project is to demonstrate the practical implementation of a secure and scalable digital payment solution using modern web technologies. It also aims to highlight the importance of efficient system design, data management, and security in financial applications. Although the system does not include direct banking integration, it serves as a foundational model for understanding the workflow and architecture of real-world e-wallet platforms. The Online E-Wallet System successfully showcases how technology can be leveraged to simplify financial transactions and promote digital payment methods. The project not only enhances technical knowledge in Mern-stack development but also provides insight into building secure and efficient financial systems. It
