The rapid growth of digital education platforms and artificial intelligence has significantly improved the development of intelligent academic learning systems. Traditional note management approaches often involve scattered resources, passive learning paradigms, and the absence of personalized study tools, making efficient programming education inaccessible to many students. This paper presents the design and implementation of NotesBuddy, an AI-powered multi-language programming education platform built on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The system integrates Google Gemini AI to provide dynamic content summarization, adaptive quiz generation, and structured doubt resolution. The platform implements role-based access control supporting Student, Teacher, and Administrator roles, and delivers a fully responsive user interface using React.js and Tailwind CSS with Framer Motion animations. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the system performs efficiently in terms of AI generation speed, API response time, security resilience, and overall user satisfaction achieving an average UAT score of 4.5/5.0.
