By combining dynamic AES encryption, blockchain-based decentralized key management, and CHACHA20 optimization, this research suggests a sophisticated cloud data security system. In contrast to conventional systems, encryption keys are created dynamically utilizing XOR operations on blockchain block hash values and file hashes, guaranteeing distinct and extremely safe encryption for every file. Blockchain technology eliminates insider dangers and single-point failure by providing distributed, tamper-proof encryption key storage. Additionally, by using the lightweight CHACHA20 algorithm instead of AES and ECC, the proposed addition increases computational performance and allows support for all file formats. The solution is appropriate for real-world cloud applications since experimental findings show increased security strength, decreased encryption time, higher scalability, and superior performance in resourceconstrained contexts.
