The AI-Based Smart Timetable Generator is an intelligent system designed to automatically generate efficient and optimized timetables for educational institutions. Creating timetables manually is a complex and time-consuming task because it must consider multiple constraints such as subject allocation, teacher availability, classroom scheduling, and avoiding conflicts between classes. This project uses Artificial Intelligence techniques and optimization algorithms to generate a timetable that satisfies institutional constraints while ensuring balanced distribution of subjects and teachers across the week. The system collects inputs such as subjects, faculty members, available time slots, classrooms, and scheduling constraints. Using intelligent scheduling logic, the AI model analyzes these parameters and produces a conflict-free and optimized timetable. The generated timetable improves efficiency, reduces manual workload, and minimizes scheduling errors. Additionally, the system can adapt to changes such as teacher unavailability or subject modifications, allowing quick regeneration of the timetable.The proposed solution demonstrates how AI can be effectively applied in educational administration to automate routine tasks, improve scheduling accuracy, and enhance institutional productivity
