Abstract

In recent years, chatbots have become widely adopted as efficient tools for customer support, information retrieval, and task automation. With rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP), modern chatbots are capable of delivering more personalized, accurate, and context-aware interactions. This project focuses on developing an AI-based FAQ chatbot integrated with voice assistance, utilizing advanced NLP techniques and speech recognition technologies. The proposed system is designed to help users retrieve information from a predefined knowledge base through natural language queries. It supports both text and voice-based interaction, enabling a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. By incorporating machine learning algorithms, the chatbot can effectively interpret user inputs, identify relevant information, and generate appropriate responses in real time. The integration of voice assistance enhances accessibility and usability, allowing users to interact seamlessly without relying solely on text input. Overall, the system aims to provide a smart, efficient, and interactive solution for automated query handling, improving user engagement and reducing manual support efforts.
