This study focuses on analyzing the dependent Pi term, Processing Time (Pt), using a 2D axis-based graphical approach. By plotting Pt against combinations of independent Pi terms along the X, Y, and Z axes, we aim to uncover the influence of each group of variables on processing time. The study applies dimensional analysis to traditional and modern wheat milling techniques, particularly household Chakki systems and roller mills. The graphical results indicate that Pt increases with the product of independent Pi terms, showing nonlinear trends and multiple peaks, suggesting that the process is governed by more than one mechanism. This work helps to better understand the performance of wheat grinding systems and optimize them for efficiency and quality
