The beneficial rhizobacteria are indigenous microbes existing in nature and they colonize the rhizosphere which of soil around planting root., it becomes so important to identify and characterize beneficial rhizobacteria. The main aim of conducting the present study was to isolate rhizobacteria in the rhizosphere of organic crops then, characterize them on (PGP) properties. Samples of soil were taken in various organic farms, and normal serial dilutions and culture tools were utilized to get the isolates of bacteria. The findings indicated that a significant number of isolates had various desirable traits. None had nitrogen-fixation capabilities but 73 and 60 percent of the isolates were capable of phosphate-solubilization and production, respectively, of IAA, a key plant growth hormone. Moreover, half of the isolates had antifungal activity and they can be used in inhibiting pathogenic fungi. The statistical evaluation showed that the significant difference linkages were significant (P < 0.05) as the hypothesis was stated that organic crop rhizospheres contain rhizobacteria with potential growth-promoting, and biocontrol active qualities
