Abstract

Organizational success is directly related to the efficiency with which its human resources are used. Evaluating the present worth of these assets is a challenging but necessary task if the business wants to get the most out of them. Assessing the culture of the company is one way to figure out how much they're worth. According to their findings, job satisfaction does correlate with organizational success as a whole. To get the complete cooperation and passionate support of members in accomplishing the organizational goals, the organization must cater to their requirements and ensure their emotions are taken care of. After all, the organization is nothing without its people. Organizational rules including resource distribution, collective action patterns, reward and punishment systems, leadership styles, decisionmaking procedures, etc., give each org its own particular personality and character beyond its structural traits. The organization's policies and connections in relation to these and a number of other interconnected activities shape the way its members feel, think, and behave, leading to the development of a distinct organizational climate. Consequently, leadership techniques, communication, and the long-term nature of the working relationship among individuals and departments all contribute to job satisfaction
