Abstract

The growing demand for renewable energysolutions has led to an increased interest in solar energy systemsfor residential applications. This study focuses on the modeling of solar panel connections for home applications using Python.The primary objective is to design a single calculator to calculate all parameters of a solar energy system for a home like number of solar panels , their series parallel connection inverter , charge controller ratings, number of batteries connected in series and parallel connection. The results demonstrate the impactof different connection types on energy efficiency and offerinsights into selecting the most suitable configuration forspecific residential needs. This approach provides a cost-effective and flexible method for assessing solar panelperformance in home applications, ultimately supporting theadoption of sustainable energy solutions.
