IMPACT OF FOOD DELIVERY PERFORMANCE ON CAREER PROGRESSION W.R.T. DOMINO’S PIZZA

Abstract

This study explores the influence of food delivery performance on the career progression of employees, specifically in the context of Domino’s Pizza. In a fastpaced quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment, delivery staff performance plays a key role not only in customer satisfaction but also in determining internal growth opportunities. The research examines how timely deliveries, adherence to safety standards, and customer service impact promotion and development prospects. A structured questionnaire was used to collect primary data from 101 Domino’s employees. Statistical tools like IBM SPSS and Excel were utilized to analyses the correlation between delivery performance and career advancement. The findings reveal a positive relationship between consistent delivery efficiency and the likelihood of professional growth within the organization. The study highlights the importance of performance-based evaluation in enhancing employee motivation, retention, and internal mobility. It concludes with recommendations for strengthening performance appraisal systems that support career development in the food delivery sector
