This study explores the impact of work-life balance on employee HR dynamics at HCL Technologies, a leading global IT services company. In today’s fast-paced corporate environment, achieving a healthy work-life balance has become a crucial factor influencing employee satisfaction, retention, productivity, and overall organizational performance. The study aims to understand how work-life balance initiatives at HCL Technologies affect key human resource parameters such as employee engagement, job satisfaction, stress levels, and turnover rates.A combination of primary and secondary data was used to assess employee perceptions and HR practices related to flexible working hours, remote work options, wellness programs, and workload management. The findings reveal that employees with better work-life balance exhibit higher levels of motivation, loyalty, and job satisfaction. Moreover, HR strategies focusing on employee well-being significantly contribute to talent retention and organizational commitment
