Total Quality Management (TQM) is a holistic approach to long-term organizational success that emphasizes customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and involvement of all employees. This study evaluates the impact of TQM implementation on organizational performance across different sectors. By analyzing key quality management principles—such as process management, leadership commitment, employee involvement, and customer focus—the research explores how these factors influence productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative methods, including case analysis and performance metrics, to assess the effectiveness of TQM. The findings reveal that organizations adopting TQM experience measurable improvements in efficiency, quality standards, and stakeholder engagement, thereby strengthening their competitive advantage in dynamic market environments
