Abstract

The Job Board Marketplace has revolutionized the recruitment and hiring landscape, providing an interactive platform where employers and job seekers connect efficiently. Originating in the late 1990s with the advent of online job portals like Monster.com and CareerBuilder, it evolved as a digital alternative to traditional recruitment practices. Historically, job postings relied on newspapers, bulletin boards, and physical recruitment agencies, which were often time-consuming, locationdependent, and lacked real-time updates. The motivation behind this Research lies in addressing these limitations and meeting the growing demand for a centralized, dynamic, and user-friendly platform to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers. Inspired by the challenges of fragmented communication, inefficient filtering, and limited accessibility in traditional systems, this research envisions a modern web application to streamline the recruitment process. Traditional systems posed significant challenges, including delays in reaching suitable candidates, geographical constraints, and lack of integration between job postings and applicant tracking systems. The proposed system, leveraging advanced web technologies, aims to offer a comprehensive solution by introducing an integrated platform with features such as role-based access, job search with filters (e.g., location, skills, and job type), resume management, and an intuitive user interface. This solution ensures transparency, enhances accessibility for job seekers and employers, and reduces recruitment timelines. Furthermore, it empowers users with personalized dashboards, real-time updates, and secure authentication, overcoming the inefficiencies of the past. By digitizing and automating these processes, the research aspires to create an effective, scalable, and accessible job board marketplace for diverse users
