The rapid growth of digital ecosystems has increased the dependency on third-party vendors, making organizations more vulnerable to security risks and data breaches. This paper proposes an autonomous enterprise integration framework designed for real-time third-party risk management and continuous security monitoring. The system leverages advanced technologies such as machine learning, data integration, and automated risk assessment to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential threats dynamically. By integrating multiple data sources and applying intelligent analytics, the framework ensures continuous monitoring of vendor activities and security compliance. The proposed model enhances decision-making by providing realtime insights, reducing manual intervention, and improving overall system efficiency. Furthermore, the framework supports scalability and adaptability in complex enterprise environments. Experimental results demonstrate improved accuracy in risk detection and faster response times compared to traditional methods. This approach contributes to strengthening organizational security posture while ensuring reliable and proactive risk management in modern enterprise systems
