Abstract

This study aims to explore and evaluate the Human Resource (HR) practices and policies implemented at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and their impact on employee relations and organizational effectiveness. The research first investigates the overall significance of HR policies in shaping a structured and supportive work environment. Special emphasis is laid on understanding the development and evolution of HR systems within the organization, reflecting how strategic HR planning contributes to sustainable growth. The study also identifies and measures the key factors influencing HR practices and policies, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation management, and employee engagement. Through structured data collection and employee feedback, the research examines the response and perception of executives towards the current HR practices and their role in fostering a positive employee-employer relationship. Findings from this study are expected to offer valuable insights into how effective HR systems and employeecentric policies at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance enhance organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and overall productivity. This research also aims to contribute to the broader field of HRM by identifying best practices and areas for improvement in policy implementation and system development.
